How To Measure Yourself

Chest – Measure under your arms and around the fullest part of your bust, making sure the tape is level across your chest and back. Tip: Take a full breath in and out to ensure the tape isn’t too tight and rests comfortably.
Waist – Wrap the tape around your natural waistline, at the level of your belly button. Keep the tape level and allow for a slightly loose fit.
Hips – With your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the ground for accuracy.
Tip – If your measurement falls on a half-cm/ inch, round up for the best fit.
