NZ Salty Collab Competition Terms and conditions
2. The Promoter of the Competition is Goose Boards, Gemma Lee, The Art of Surfing, Betty Zine, Salt Aotearoa, Sol sunscreen and Dawny Adventure Club. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram and/or other Social Media channels. You completely release Instagram and/or other Social Media channels from any and all liability associated with this Competition.
3. Entrants must follow the instructions on the Competition Instagram post and/or other Social Media channels to enter this competition.
4. The Competition entry opening and closing dates, will be specified on the Competition Instagram post and/or other Social Media channel.
5. Goose Boards, Gemma Lee, The Art of Surfing, Betty Zine, Salt Aotearoa, Sol sunscreen and Dawny Adventure Club is not responsible or liable for any late, lost or misdirected entries or for any problems or technical malfunction which may result in delay or failure to enter you into the draw.
6. The winner will be drawn by random. The prize winner will receive the prize that is advertised on either the Instagram Competition post, and/or other Social Media channel.
7. Goose Boards, Gemma Lee, The Art of Surfing, Betty Zine, Salt Aotearoa, Sol sunscreen or Dawny Adventure Club will endeavour to notify the prize winner by Instagram or facebook direct message. However, if the winner does not respond to their prize notification within three working days, they will forfeit the prize and we will draw a new winner without liability to the original winner.
8. Prizes cannot be exchanged for a different prize or redeemed for cash. Goose Boards, Gemma Lee, The Art of Surfing, Betty Zine, Salt Aotearoa, Sol sunscreen and Dawny Adventure Club takes no responsibility if the prize is lost, damaged or destroyed after being received.
9. Accepting the prize constitutes a winner's consent to use his or her name, city/town of residence, competition entry and/or photographs and interviews for Competition or publicity purposes without compensation. This includes on Goose Boards, Gemma Lee, The Art of Surfing, Betty Zine, Salt Aotearoa, Sol sunscreen and Dawny Adventure Club website, direct and social media channels.

The decisions of Goose Boards, Gemma Lee, The Art of Surfing, Betty Zine, Salt Aotearoa, Sol sunscreen and Dawny Adventure Club on all matters relating to this Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 12. If the size of the Gemma Lee springsuit selected by the winner is incorrect, return shipping to Gemma Lee Limited and the cost of shipping the new suit out is to be paid for by that winner. The suit must not be worn and have all tags still attached to be able to exchange sizes. Please read carefully the size chart on gemmaleeland.com
13. The prize winner cannot exchange style or colourway after prize has been shipped. Note the prize can only be exchanged for a different size.
14. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition
15. Employees of Goose Boards, Gemma Lee, The Art of Surfing, Betty Zine, Salt Aotearoa, Sol sunscreen and Dawny Adventure Club are not eligible to enter this competition.
16. The competition is only open to New Zealand
17. Gemma Lee will courier the prize to the select winner at Gemma Lee's expense. Any size exchanges shipping costs is at the expense of the winner.
