Competition Terms and conditions
2. The Promoter of the Competition is Gemma Lee Limited (Gemma Lee). The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram and/or other Social Media channels. You completely release Instagram and/or other Social Media channels from any and all liability associated with this Competition.
3. Entrants must follow the instructions on the Competition Instagram post and/or other Social Media channels to enter this competition.
4. The Competition entry opening and closing dates, will be specified on the Competition Instagram post and/or other Social Media channel.
5. Gemma Lee is not responsible or liable for any late, lost or misdirected entries or for any problems or technical malfunction which may result in delay or failure to enter you into the draw.
6. The winner will be drawn by random. The prize winner will receive the prize that is advertised on either the Instagram Competition post, and/or other Social Media channel.
7. Gemma Lee will endeavour to notify the prize winner by Instagram or facebook direct message. However, if the winner does not respond to their prize notification within three working days, they will forfeit the prize and we will draw a new winner without liability to the original winner.
8. Prizes cannot be exchanged for a different style or colourway or redeemed for cash. Gemma Lee takes no responsibility if the prize is lost, damaged or destroyed after being received.
9. Accepting the prize constitutes a winner's consent to use his or her name, city/town of residence, competition entry and/or photographs and interviews for Competition or publicity purposes without compensation. This includes on Gemma Lee’s website, direct and social media channels.
10. The decisions of Gemma Lee on all matters relating to this Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Gemma Lee reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry or a winner's right to redeem the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions. Gemma Lee reserves the right to amend the prize offered and these terms and conditions and in its absolute discretion cancel the competition at any time and without prior notice.
11. Any personal information collected as part of this Competition will be held by Gemma Lee in accordance with its privacy policy. You have the right to access, update and correct such information.
12. If the size of the suit selected by the winner is incorrect, return shipping to Gemma Lee Limited and the cost of shipping the new suit out is to be paid for by that winner. The suit must not be worn and have all tags still attached to be able to exchange sizes. Please read carefully the size chart on gemmaleeland.com
13. The prize winner cannot exchange style or colourway after prize has been shipped. Note the prize can only be exchanged for a different size.
14. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition
15. Employees of Gemma Lee Limited are not eligible to enter this competition.
16. The competition is only open to New Zealand, Australia and the following states of The United States of America: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Michigan, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming
17. Gemma Lee will courier the prize to the select winner at Gemma Lee's expense. Any size exchanges shipping costs is at the expense of the winner.

19. If the wetsuit size from the Sandy Cheeks Collection that the winner chooses is not in stock, we give them an equivalent voucher to use on gemmaleesuits.com of $558 AUD.
20. Wetsuit will be sent out from NZ
Gemma Lee x Liz Carlson Giveaway
This Competition commences on the 10th of August 2021 and ends at 8pm (GTM+12) on the 18th of August 2021.
The winner can select a Gemma Lee full wetsuit from the Sandy Cheeks Collection. If the wetsuit size from the Sandy Cheeks Collection that the winner chooses is not in stock, we give them an equivalent voucher to use on gemmaleeland.com of $599 NZD.
All late entries are deemed invalid.
Each different friend tagged in a separate comment is an entry to the competition
The prize winner will be selected at random
The winner will be notified by Instagram direct messenger between 18th of August and 26th of August 2021.
